The following indictments were handed down in Criminal Court May 21. In indictment is not a finding of guilt but an indication there is enough evidence to proceed to trial. There were also some new bills that had not yet been served.

Michael Blackwell, evading arrest, two counts aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, driving on revoked license.

Dakota Carver, two counts burglary, attempted burglary, disorderly conduct, possession of Schedule drug for resale aggravated burglary.

Steven Collins Jr., theft over $1,000, 2nd offense driving on revoked license, violation registration law, violation helmet law.

Jason Fowler, forgery.

Jonathan Hair, two counts possession Schedule II drug for resale, possession Schedule III drug for resale, possession of Schedule IV drug for resale.

Franklin Harris Jr., escape, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, evading arrest.
