ST. PETERSBURG CHOIR CONCERT Lyra will present a concert at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Blue Ridge, on Saturday, April 28, at 7 pm. The first half of the concert will feature sacred music of the Russian Orthodox Church, The second half will feature Russian folk songs. In between selections, Sergey Turpitsyn, the choir’s director, will give a lively description of each piece and discuss Russian customs and music.
