Polk County 9-1-1 Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Polk County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District will meet at 3:00 p.m. on February 8 at the Polk County District Office on Highway 64, or such other location as may be posted, where and which time the Board will consider any matter that may be properly presented. The Board meets at the same time and location on the 2nd Wednesday of the months of February, April, August, October, and the 1st Wednesday in December, unless notice is otherwise given. A public hearing is held on the 2nd Wednesday of June for the purpose of reviewing the budget proposed for the fiscal year that begins July 1. The public is invited to all meetings.

ALSO CONVEYED is a second 50 foot right-of-way easement which BEGINS on an iron pin in the Southwestern or Westernmost corner of land of Everett, and run thence North 42 deg. 14’ West, 51.8 feet; thence approximately North 27 deg. 56’ East, 611 feet, more or less, to the Southwest line of the County Road known as the George Bates Road Extension, and said right-of-way easement extends back in an Easterly direction 50 feet in width throughout, and said easement is non-exclusive and perpetual SUBJECT to any and all applicable restrictions, easements, setback lines and other conditions of record in the Register’s Office for Polk County, Tennessee.
