The following actions were taken in Criminal Court last week.

Joshua Lynn Thompson, 21, theft of property. Two years, reduced to probation on time served, $600 restitution to victim; to pay costs. Diversion revoked.

Jonathan Lee Dunn, 24, evading arrest. One year, reduced to probation after 6 months with credit for time served; to pay costs.

Joseph Teems, 21, forgery. 2 years, reduced to probation, $200 and $784.91 restitution; to pay costs. Theft of property, dismissed.

James Coalson, 64, 5th offense DUI. 1 year, reduced to probation after 7 months with credit for time served, $3,000 fine and costs. Driving on revoked, dismissed. Child endangerment, 11 months, 29 days reduced to probation with credit for time served; to pay costs.

Patricia Guy, 55, sale/delivery Schedule III drug. Two years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule IV drug, 2 years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery of Schedule II drug, 3 years, reduced to probation after two months, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule III drug, two years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs.

Stephen D. Crisp, 40, possession legend drug without a prescription, dismissed. Sale/delivery counterfeit controlled substance, 1 year, reduced to probation, $1,500 fine and costs.

Joshua Huckeba, 20, forgery. Two years, reduced to probation, $450 restitution.

Brenda Montkahaus, 47, sale/delivery of marijuana. Two years, reduced to probation with credit for time served, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule III drug, dismissed. Sale/delivery Schedule IV drug, 3 years reduced to probation after 3 months consecutive, $2,000 fine and costs.

Wendy Millsaps, 40, prescription fraud/forgery. Two years, reduced to probation with credit for time served, $250 fine and costs.

Darrell Montkahaus, 22, sale/delivery of marijuana. Two years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule III drug, dismissed.

Alex Wattenbarger, 19, aggravated robbery. Four years, reduced to probation after 9 months with credit for time served, to pay costs. Aggravated burglary, two years concurrent, $40 restitution. Theft, dismissed. Evading arrest, 1 year concurrent, $250 fine and costs.

Thomas M. Scroggins, 26, felony evading arrest. Six years, reduced to probation, to pay costs. Driving on revoked license, 11 months, 29 days probation.

Hank A. Hayes, 37, sale of meth, dismissed.

George Cochran, 20, aggravated robbery, 4 years reduced to probation after 6 months, to pay costs.

Michelle Hayes, 34, sale/delivery of meth, dismissed.

Harvey M. Wooten, 55, 2nd offense DUI, dismissed. Driving on revoked license, dismissed.

Brent M. King, 23, evading arrest. One year, reduced to probation, $500 fine and costs. Reckless endangerment, dismissed. Two counts driving on revoked license, dismissed.

Freddy Cook Jr., 25, DUI. 11-29 reduced to probation after 4 days, $350 fine and costs, license suspended for one year. DUI, 11-29 reduced to probation after 4 days concurrent, $350 fine and costs.

Chealeah Stewart, 21, possession of meth for resale, reduced to attempt to conspire to sale/delivery of meth. Two years, reduced to probation after 9 months, $250 fine and costs. Previous probation revoked; to serve ne year with credit for time served.

Valerie A. Carroll, order to dismiss charged upon completion of probation requirements.

Janie Coblentz, 45, sale/delivery Schedule III drug, dismissed. Sale/delivery of marijuana, dismissed.

Richard Kienzle, 54, seven counts writing illegal prescription, dismissed. Three counts practicing medicine without a license, dismissed. Six counts prescription fraud, dismissed.

John Alloway, sale/delivery of marijuana. Dismissed.

Russell Towl, pre-trial diversion; to pay costs and restitution; charges dismissed after one year if no problems.

Tonya Cross, pre-trial diversion; to pay costs and $250 fine; charges dismissed after two years if no problems.

Jerry Townsend, pre-trial diversion; to pay restitution of $5,000; charges dismissed after two years if no problems.

Adam Adams, pre-trial diversion; to pay costs; charges dismissed after three years if no problems.

Rex Allen Hicks, revocation or probation on a charge of burglary of an auto by new arrests, drug possession, failure to pay. To serve two years with credit for time served.

James Payne, revocation of probation on charge of meth possession for resale and weapon possession by failure to obey laws, to  provide proof of employment, to receive permission to levee the state, to pay, to provide DNA specimen. To serve 11 months with credit for time served.

Gary Calvin Green, revocation of probation on charge of meth sale by failure to follow instructions, testing positive for drugs. To serve 9 months with credit for time served.

Charles R. Price, revocation of probation on charge of burglary by new arrest, failure to provide proof of employment, positive drug test, failure to pay, threat to others. To serve three years concurrent with credit for time served.

Bandy Adams, revocation of probation on charge of aggravated burglary and theft by failure to report, make payments. To serve 90 days.

Joshua Huckeba, revocation of probation on charge of theft, forgery, marijuana possession by new arrest, failure to work, failure to report move, possession of marijuana, failure to pay, failure to complete DNA testing. To serve 11 months with credit for time served.

Thomas Chris Chapman, revocation of probation on charge of aggravated assault by new arrest, intimidating behavior, failure to appear in court, absconding. To serve 5 years with credit for time served.
