Joseph Teems, 21, forgery. 2 years, reduced to probation, $200 and $784.91 restitution; to pay costs. Theft of property, dismissed.
James Coalson, 64, 5th offense DUI. 1 year, reduced to probation after 7 months with credit for time served, $3,000 fine and costs. Driving on revoked, dismissed. Child endangerment, 11 months, 29 days reduced to probation with credit for time served; to pay costs.
Patricia Guy, 55, sale/delivery Schedule III drug. Two years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule IV drug, 2 years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery of Schedule II drug, 3 years, reduced to probation after two months, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule III drug, two years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs.
Stephen D. Crisp, 40, possession legend drug without a prescription, dismissed. Sale/delivery counterfeit controlled substance, 1 year, reduced to probation, $1,500 fine and costs.
Joshua Huckeba, 20, forgery. Two years, reduced to probation, $450 restitution.
Brenda Montkahaus, 47, sale/delivery of marijuana. Two years, reduced to probation with credit for time served, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule III drug, dismissed. Sale/delivery Schedule IV drug, 3 years reduced to probation after 3 months consecutive, $2,000 fine and costs.
Wendy Millsaps, 40, prescription fraud/forgery. Two years, reduced to probation with credit for time served, $250 fine and costs.
Darrell Montkahaus, 22, sale/delivery of marijuana. Two years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule III drug, dismissed.
Alex Wattenbarger, 19, aggravated robbery. Four years, reduced to probation after 9 months with credit for time served, to pay costs. Aggravated burglary, two years concurrent, $40 restitution. Theft, dismissed. Evading arrest, 1 year concurrent, $250 fine and costs.
Thomas M. Scroggins, 26, felony evading arrest. Six years, reduced to probation, to pay costs. Driving on revoked license, 11 months, 29 days probation.
