Mr. & Mrs. Gene and Phyllis Price of Old Fort, Tennessee, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Jada Sarah Kate Price, to Mr. Jared Heath Loftin, son of Mr. & Mrs. Charles and Donna Smith of Dothan, Alabama and Mr. & Mrs. Mike and Terry Loftin of Hartford, Alabama.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Ruby Fletcher and the late Mr. Roy Fletcher of Old Fort, Tennessee, as well as the late Mr. & Mrs. Felmer and Nola-Kate Price of Old Fort, Tennessee.

Her siblings and their spouses are Mr. & Mrs. Brian and Genia Sutton of Dalton, Georgia and Mr. & Mrs. Ray and Shana Stephens of Lake Charles, Louisiana.  She is the aunt of Luke and Presley Sutton of Dalton, Georgia.

She is a graduate of Polk County High School, Berry College, and Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.  She is employed as an associate attorney with Morrow, Romine & Pearson in Montgomery.

The groom is the grandson of Mr. & Mrs. James and Jeanette Price of Hartford, Alabama; the late Mr. Samuel Loftin and Mrs. Margaret Henderson of Hartford, Alabama; the late Mr. & Mrs. Charles and Catherine Smith of Garland, Texas; and the late Mr. & Mrs. Howell and Mini Kate Brannon of Hartford, Alabama.

His siblings and their spouses are Mr. & Mrs. Eddie and Christine Fenoglio of Franklin, Tennessee; Mr. Neal Smith of Seaside, Florida; Mr. Clay Smith of Dothan, Alabama; Miss. Caitlin Loftin of Hartford, Alabama; Mr. Sam Loftin of Hartford, Alabama.  He is the uncle of Benjamin, Hunter and Chandler Fenoglio of Franklin, Tennessee.

He is a graduate of Enterprise High School, Auburn University, and Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.  He is employed as an associate attorney with Copeland, Franco, Screws & Gill in Montgomery.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, September, 20, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at Jasmine Hill Gardens and Outdoor Museum in Wetumpka, Alabama.  A reception will follow.

After the wedding, the couple will reside in Wetumpka, Alabama.
