The following actions were taken in Criminal Court last week with Judge Carroll Ross presiding.

Teresa D.Wright, 43, possession Schedule I drug for resale. 8 years, reduced to probation after 30 days, $24,000 fine and costs. Possession of drug paraphernalia, 1 year concurrent, $1,000 fine and costs.

John M. Draper, 61, possession of Schedule I drug for resale. 10 years, reduced to probation after 30 days, $24,000 fine and costs. Possession of drug paraphernalia, 1 year concurrent, $1,000 fine and costs.

Timothy Robert Stratton, 28, vandalism. Dismissed. Theft, one year, to pay costs. Aggravated burglary, 5 years concurrent, to pay costs.

Jeffrey Roger Brooks, 38, possession of handgun while under the influence, dismissed. Resisting stop, dismissed. Violation order of protection, dismissed. Vehicular homicide, order for Pre-Sentence Report following agreement to plead guilty. Leaving the scene of an accident involving death, dismissed.

Michael Lee Stewart, 55, possession Schedule II drug. 11 months, 29 days, reduced to probation, $1,000 fine and costs. Possession of drug paraphernalia, 11-29 reduced to probation, $200 fine and costs.

Dexter Cross, 49, aggravated assault. 2 years, reduced to probation after 90 days, to pay costs and medical bills not covered by victim’s insurance.

Kenneth Steven True, revocation petition dismissed.

Timothy Lawton Forbes, request for Community Corrections Program denied.

Edward Mart Jr., revocation petition dismissed.

Arthur R. Trentham, violation of conditions of community corrections program. Transfer to Department of Corrections for remainder of sentence.

Darline Robinson. Probation extended two years or until all fines and costs paid in full. Revocation petition dismissed.

Travis J. Lindner. Motion for sentence reduction denied for lack of jurisdiction.

William Justin Walden, 20, aggravated burglary, dismissed. Theft, 2 years concurrent with violation of probation sentence, to pay costs and $150 restitution.

Joshua Bloomer, 18, aggravated burglary, dismissed. Theft, 2 years, reduced to probation, to pay costs and $150 restitution.

Stacey E. Hembree, Violation of probation on a charge of possession of meth for resale by new conviction. To serve 8 years, revoked, reinstated to probation. Two counts theft from $1,000-$10,000, reduced to theft from $500-$1,000. 2 years probation, to pay costs.

Steve D. Stafford, 45, 4th offense DUI. 2 years, reduced to probation after 150 days, $3,000 fine and costs, lose license for six years. Violation implied consent, dismissed. Driving on suspended license, dismissed.

Jonathan Sinclair, Violation of probation on charge of aggravated burglary, simple possession Schedule IV drug by failure to provide proof of employment, to inform probation officer before moving, to report or pay costs, new arrest, failure to report new arrest. Revoke and reinstate after 90 days, concurrent with Bradley County misdemeanor case. Refer to drug treatment.

Scott Roberts, violation of probation on charge of aggravated assault by engaging in assaultive/threatening behavior. Revoke and reinstate, refer to anger management and alcohol evaluation.

Jeffrey Elliott, 34, initiating process of manufacturing meth, reduced to simple possession. 11 months, 29 days reduced to probation, $750 fine and costs.

Paul Ciucci, violation of probation on a charge of forgery by positive drug screen. Reinstate to probation after six months.

Gary Green, 41, conspiracy to sale/delivery of marijuana, dismissed. Two counts sale/delivery of marijuana, dismissed. Possession of marijuana for resale, dismissed. Possession drug paraphernalia, dismissed. Judicial Diversion granted for two years; total fine $6,000.

Gary Calvin Green, sale/delivery of meth. 5 years, reduced to probation after six months, $3,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery of meth, dismissed. Possession Schedule II drug for resale, dismissed.

Adam R. Crisp, 22, reckless endangerment. Dismissed pursuant to plea agreement set for sentencing hearing.

Shelia Coker, violation of probation on a charge of possession of meth for resale, drug paraphernalia by positive drug screen, failure to pay. Revoke and reinstate, must attend Drug Court weekly, comply with all treatment requirements.

Donald Allen Johnson Jr., violation of probation by new conviction. 2 years with credit for time served.

Teresa D. Crumley, violation of probation on a charge of sale/delivery of meth by new arrest, use of intoxicants, threatening behavior. Serve 8 years, revoke and reinstate.

Gregory A. Phillips, violation of probation on charge of theft and criminal trespass by new arrest, meth possession. Serve 4 months, reinstate to probation.

Phyllis Susanne Bonner, 46, two counts especially aggravated kidnapping. Dismissed. Three counts aggravated assault, dismissed. Two counts aggravated assault, 4 years reduced to probation, to pay costs. Resisting stop, dismissed.

Ricky Vincent Dunn, 47, evading arrest (risk of death), reduced to evading arrest (flight). 1 year, reduced to probation after 120 days, $300 fine. Driving on suspended license, dismissed. Violation legend drug law, dismissed. Driving on revoked license, 11-29, reduced to probation, $150 fine and costs. Failure to stop at accident, dismissed.

Shane A. Wooten, 24, sale/delivery of meth. 3 years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery of meth, dismissed.

Benjamin L. Wooten, violation of probation on a charge of sale of meth and counterfeit controlled substance by failure to provide proof of employment, testing positive for several drugs, failure to pay, new arrest, failure to report arrest. Revoke and reinstate after serving 120 days, refer to rehab after 90 days.

Steven Ray Callahan, violation of community corrections conditions. Transfer to Department of Corrections to complete sentence.

Charles L. Goode, 38, assault. 11-29 reduced to probation, $50 fine and costs.

Joshua Lee Beadnell, violation of probation on charge of manufacturing meth by new arrest, failure to report arrest, positive drug screen, failure to pay. Revoke and reinstate after 6 months, complete drug rehab, extend probation one year.

Marcella Kay Gregory, violation of probation on charge of manufacturing meth by new conviction, drug possession, failure to pay. Revoke, refer to Community Corrections.

Andy Darren Wilcoxon, 32, meth possession. Dismissed. Possession drug paraphernalia, dismissed. Order of Judicial Diversion for three years; to pay costs, report to probation.

Deanna M. Mason, 35, manufacturing meth. 8 years, reduced to probation after 10 months, $2,500 fine and costs. Four counts child abuse and neglect, dismissed.

Billy Ray Mason, manufacturing meth. 8 years, reduced to probation after 10 months, $2,500 fine and costs. Four counts child abuse and neglect, dismissed.

Kimberly Cook, 31, sale/delivery of meth. 6 years, reduced to probation after 6 months, $1,500 fine and costs. Sale/delivery of meth, 8 years, reduced to probation after 6 months concurrent, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery of meth, dismissed.

Martin R. Chouinard, 49, sale/delivery of meth. 6 years concurrent with McMinn County sentence, $2,000 fine and costs.

Stanley Trentham, 50, two counts contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 11-29 reduced to probation, to pay costs.

Drew Mosley, 38, aggravated assault, dismissed.

Valerie Carroll, 40, manufacturing marijuana. Reduced to simple possession. 11-29 reduced to probation, $1,000 fine and costs.

Jerry Brewer Jr., Pre-trial diversion. Charges to be dismissed in two years if no problems, $2,000 fine paid, drug counseling.
