Gregory R. Bivens, obstruction of justice. $25 fine, $241.78 costs on conditional plea.
Mark Higgins, driving on suspended license. $350 fine, $256.78 costs, $50 public defender fee.
Arthur R. Mills, possession Schedule III drug. Dismissed on conditional plea. $750 fine plus costs, NA/AA meetings. Possession of Schedule IV drug, dismissed on conditional plea.
Harold T. Centers, violation of probation. 7 days in jail, then release to McMinn County.
Ronald Bryant, violation of probation. 60 days, reinstate probation.
David L. Lamb, violation of probation. Remain in custody until April 9 hearing.
Jessie McClary, released to rehab for 6 months.
Joel Ryan Raines, violation of probation. Released on $400 cash bond.
